Tagdrobe

Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Tagdrobe handles information when you use the iOS or Android app. Tagdrobe is operated by Two Clicks Later. Product support: support@tagdrobe.app. Studio: hello@twoclickslater.com.

Effective date: 21 September 2026

1. Who this covers

You need an account to use Tagdrobe. There is no guest mode. The website at tagdrobe.app is for download, Community share stubs, and these legal pages. Your wardrobe lives in the app.

2. Information we collect

Account

Email and password, or a Google or Apple sign-in. We store the identifiers those providers give us so you can sign in again.

Profile and closet

Username, optional avatar, height, size, and similar profile fields you enter. Wardrobe items and looks (photos, names, tags, wear history). Optional NFC tag ids if you attach a tag to a piece.

Community

Posts you publish (photo, caption, tags), comments, likes, and reports. Other people who are signed in can see posts you make public in Community.

Support

Feedback you send from the app (message text, and any photo you attach).

Device and diagnostics

App version, device type, crash logs, and performance traces. Analytics events (for example sign-in, screens opened, saves and failures). We do not put error strings or raw emails in those event parameters.

Notifications

If you turn on Community like alerts, we store a push token for this device so we can send those alerts. Turning the toggle off removes that token.

3. Where it is stored

Signed-in data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) as the source of truth. Some preferences stay on the device. The app needs a network connection to load and save closet data.

4. How we use it

5. Google and other processors

We use Google Firebase and related Google services:

Google processes that data under Google's privacy policy and Firebase privacy. Apple and Google also process sign-in under their own policies when you choose those buttons.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Community posts you publish are visible to other signed-in users. We may share data with Google as described above, or if required by law.

7. Account deletion

Settings → delete account (you must sign in again first). That removes your wardrobe, looks, Community posts, comments, photos, feedback, achievements, and the sign-in for that account. Likes you left on other people's posts are removed. Moderation reports may be kept. Analytics and crash records already sent to Firebase can remain.

8. Children

Tagdrobe is not directed at children under 13. Do not create an account if you are under 13, or under the age required by the store that distributed the app.

9. Retention

We keep account and closet data until you delete the account. Backups and logs held by Google may last a short time after that. Community posts you already published stay until you delete them or we remove them for policy reasons, or until your account is deleted.

10. Your choices

You can edit profile and closet data in the app, turn Community notifications off, and delete your account. For a copy or a correction you cannot make in the app, email support@tagdrobe.app.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
